Gotta love it! =o) I think David was referring to the digital version handbook, the online one that is! http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/sound-setup.html Is the chapter you're looking for. Anyway, this is not a technical list, you'd be better of asking technical questions in the -questions list. Hope you get your soundcard working, it's really not as hard as one might think at first.
