No, not so strange as you think. $ grep svn portdowngrade/Makefile RUN_DEPENDS= svn:${PORTSDIR}/devel/subversion Do the following $ cd ports-mgmt/portdowngrade $ fetch http://people.freebsd.org/~ohauer/diffs/portdowngrade_svn.diff $ patch < portdowngrade_svn.diff Now this port uses the correct subversion port. If it works for you, be so kind and open a PR so it will be added to the official port. -- Regards, olli
