-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Is anyone actively working on FreeBSD for the MIPSĀ® Creator CI20? What is the current status of building FreeBSD-MIPS using clang/llvm? I found some information here: https://wiki.freebsd.org/BuildingFreeBSDWithClang but it is note that the information is out of date. I asked Kai Nacke about his slides from FOSDEM '15: http://llvm.org/devmtg/2015-02/slides/kai-assembler.pdf which mentions the JZ4780 and "> 60 new instructions (MXU extension)". Kai told me that he used the JZ4780 as an example but he is not aware of anyone working on integrating the new MXU instructions. I have a CI20 Revision B (purple circuit board) and am willing to experiment with it. I don't have access to any other mipsel hardware. I do have access to a reasonably quick x86_64 which I could use for cross-compilation or simulation. Any suggestions to which versions of clang/llvm and target (mipsel-portbld-freebsd10.1?) to try?
