To build and install XFree86 from the ports collection: # cd /usr/ports/x11/XFree86-4 # make install clean and it installes and cleans. then: "Configuration of X11 is a multi-step process. The first step is to build an initial configuration file. As the super user, simply run: In the case of XFree86 type: # XFree86 -configure" And this is where i have my problems.. it says "XFree86: Command not found."
