You've got to be logged in as the 'root' user, (or a user who has write-access to /dev/ulpt0, which by default is only 'root'). 1. Ensure you are the root user. You can check this by executing the command: id 2. If you are the root user and it still does not work, what is the output of the command: ls -l /dev/ulpt0 3. What is the exact command you're executing to upload the firmware and what is the exact error it reports? -Modulok-
