I'd like to upgrade from PostgreSQL 7.1.2 to 7.1.3 using the port system. I
know you can 'make deinstall' and 'make install'; but is there an option for
upgrading after I've used cvsupit to update my ports directories? ('man
make' didn't help much on this one.)
