Well, if people had a more civilized way with email, such as
considering carefully if the email adds anything of substance
or just clutter mailboxes, then maybe such a HEADS UP would
have a value.  With the current level of communications skills
(as you can see right now!) on the list, a HEADS UP doesn't
accomplish anything productive.
