I am trying to get mod_php4 loaded with the additional options -DEAPI
(I'm using phpMyAdmin) and --enable-calendar. I read the makefile,
which didn't have any CONFIGURE_ARGS+=

First I tried using portupgrade (I already have a running 5.3-RELEASE
w/ Apache1.3-modssl, mysql-4.1.9, and mod_php4 with standard config
args):
So I forced an upgrade using the added options
# portupgrade -fM '-DEAPI--enable-calendar' mod_php4
That seemed to go smoothly. Afterwards, I checked my httpd.conf and
started Apache.

When I looked at phpinfo.php, only the following options were listed:
'./configure' '--enable-versioning' '--enable-memory-limit'
'--with-layout=GNU' '--with-config-file-scan-dir=/usr/local/etc/php'
'--disable-all' '--with-regex=php' '--disable-cli'
'--with-apxs=/usr/local/sbin/apxs' '--disable-ipv6'
'--prefix=/usr/local' 'i386-portbld-freebsd5.3'

So, then I tried it manually:
Shutdown apache
#cd /usr/ports/www/mod_php4
#pkg_delete -f mod_php4
#make -DEAPI--enable-calendar
#make install
Restarted Apache

Still the same options listed in phpinfo.php.

Thanks for your help.
