OK, when starting pccardd with -v, here's what I get with the 4.7
Kernel:

Dec 28 10:23:58 arthur /kernel: pccard: card inserted, slot 0
Dec 28 10:23:58 arthur /kernel: pccard: card removed, slot 0
Dec 28 10:23:58 arthur /kernel: pccard: card inserted, slot 0
Dec 28 10:23:58 arthur pccardd[48]: No card in database for "(null)"("(null)")
Dec 28 10:23:58 arthur pccardd[48]: pccardd started

Any ideas?
