Hello mobile, I'm successfully riding my Toshiba 420CDS on 4.3 but it still lacks performance (X-Browser is slooooow, harddisk is small). About buying some used, faster machine there are some questions left. Toshiba and IBM are the only manufacurers building trackpoints into their laptops (AFAIK). Anything else is not for me, because i hate touchpads. Offers that i can afford are: Thinkpad 770 or 390x, used Toshibas seem to be more expensive in general. What are your experiences with 770 or 390 Thinkpads running FreeBSD? Thanks, oli To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-mobile" in the body of the message
