Well, actually, you'll need to modify /usr/src/sys/i386/isa/sio.c. Find the siopnp_ids[] array and add a new entry that looks like this: { 0x1013b04e, "SUP1310"}, just before the last entry (the one with just a 0 in it). Then go to your kernel compilation directory and run make install, and reboot.
