  On probe the TGA card comes up int a irq 11

according to it's docs though, it does not handle interrupt requests, to
further:

<snip>
5.7  Functions not supported

  The 21030 does not supoprt and ignores special cycle and interrupt
acknowledge PCI transations. As a target the 21030 does not support
exclusive accesses (LOCK cycles) for any of its registers or for display
memory. The 21030 does not request exclusive access as a master.

</snip>

  It would seem worrysome.
