Subject: Why was the NFS mount option wsize removed?

Can someone please tell me whether the old mount option for write buffer size

/dev/sd0e /usr ufs rw,wsize=1024 1 2

can be achieved in some other manner?

Default NFS buffer sizes are too large when using WD 8003 ethernet
cards to support DISKLESS clients.

mount_nfs has a "-w" switch but how what option in /etc/fstab or /etc/exports
will invoke it?
