I'm doing a port of Minicom, the terminal/modem program. There are
several configuration and script files (really about 5). I've RTFM'ed
hier(7) and that what's lead me to believe I may be out of the BSD
spirit.

So my choices for these files are:
    /usr/local/lib
    /usr/local/lib/minicom
    /usr/local/etc
    /usr/local/etc/minicom

Opinions?
