1) Cvsup your sources;
2) Read UPDATING.

N.B. You don't appear to have any FreeBSD sources. You might want to install 
them from your installation CDs and then cvsup twice -- in the spirit of Q12, 
Q13 in the FAQ found on http://www.polstra.com.
