It appears that sysutils/mmc-utils (still) just gets AW_MMC_INT_RESP_TIMEOUT / ioctl: Operation timed out for: mmc extcsd read /dev/mmcsd0 (once it is not mounted). # mmc extcsd read /dev/mmcsd0 | more open: Operation not permitted # df -m Filesystem 1M-blocks Used Avail Capacity Mounted on /dev/ufs/PINE642GBrootfs 29400 16901 10147 62% / devfs 0 0 0 100% /dev /dev/label/PINE642GBboot 63 0 63 0% /boot/efi Booting with / on a USB device instead and dismounting /boot/efi (on mmcsd0) gets: # mmc extcsd read /dev/mmcsd0 | more AW_MMC_INT_RESP_TIMEOUT=20 ioctl: Operation timed out Could not read EXT_CSD from /dev/mmcsd0 =3D=3D=3D Mark Millard marklmi at yahoo.com ( dsl-only.net went away in early 2018-Mar)
