I'm new to PHP, and I'm trying to make use of the interactive commandline,
but I'm finding 'php -a' isn't working. More specifically, no 'php>'
prompt, no output, nada.

I've found comments on the intarwebs making mention of the need for
readline support, but past that, I'm at a loss.

Thanks!
