I'm just saying that hopping from 8.0-RELEASE to 8-STABLE has potential issues that need to be explored further ; I'll try to characterize the issue better and submit a bug report if it's valid -- I just wanted to see whether or not folks spotted the issue before in the past couple of weeks.
