FWIW, I yesterday installed w2k on part of my harddrive, this
morning I had downloaded 4.3RC-2 and made an image, I installed
this. First it kept complaining about "to many stray irq's" and
locked up. Next time I chose to configure kernel at installation
and removed the conflicts. The installation now went on as it
did yesterday and the behaviour is much the same.

Now, can anyone recommend me a PCMCIA network card that is known
to work under 4.x ?

Sincerely,

Johan Huldtgren
