i was setting up a machine with a new install from the 4.6.2 iso but when i got to installing packages i noticed that pkg_add -r is now incompatible with the new .gbz package format on the ftp site. how-to upgrade pkgtools? i have used freebsd for a few years but only ever from a cd from ISO-IMAGES-i386. i haven't learned to use -STABLE or -CURRENT. i don't have the sources installed, except for the kernel sources. tia c u fsb To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
