Yeah, I believe it's 4.4 and I've been on this server for years. They are supposed to take care of the upgrades but they never do. I would do it myself but if anything goes wrong they charge to fix it and so I've pretty much left it alone up until now. And it's telling you the truth--it doesn't have an "install" target. This suggests that it's time to cvsup to 4.9, or at least something later than what you have.
