a few comments.

5.5.1 - please make it clear that this step is not revertible once pkg
has been used to manipulate the database.
5.5.3.4 - is "pkg audit -F" required to update the audit database as
well or it only needed the first time?
5.5.4.4 - thanks for calling attention to the difference between
portmaster and pkg in the order of arguments
