The video at the link you provided plays fine in both chrome and
firefox on my machine (8.2-STABLE/amd64 r223055)

It would help if you could provide relevant information about your
system configuration. Stuff like FreeBSD version, CPU architecture,
xorg server, videocard and driver info, etc..
