stable/12 was just created. I think it is high time to move forward with full upgrade, but we have to make sure there is an easy way back. I suspect just snapshotting the system will do the trick. I suspect there may be turbulences with openssl, so I think the make delete-old and delete-old-libs steps will have to wait.
