Even on some paid services, they may still put something in the T&C such that they can share data for marketing purposes. So IMO you are left with 2 choices: 1) Setup you own server (e.g. FreeBSD ;-)) and manage your own email server. 2) Pay some good and relatively inexpensive party to manage your email I did (1) for years until I got fed up with controlling spam, viruses, spf, reverse DNS, and being put (or putting others) on black lists etc. But it works and it's free. After I discovered HushMail I am very happy to pay the $60 or so per user per year. It's really NOTHING if you cherish your privacy and your time: https://www.hushmail.com There are probably others like them, but I cannot recommend anything I haven't used myself. And I recommend these guys two hands down. Best and good luck, -- Alex
