Any idea what went wrong? I have upgraded FBSD since 6.x and never had it go so badly !! The system booted fine after the first freebsd-update install and it was only after the second freebsd-update install that all hell broke loose. I've trusted FBSD because most of the time it just works, but this time it screwed up pretty badly. TIA, Alex
