Yes. that's why we did git arc. With it, the level of effort is quite low.

It's also why we're working on getting a more integrated solution so that
we can review patches off a submitted branch more easily. github is a
stop-gap, at best. So yes, git + git-arc + arcanist +
php-the-the-right-version(8.4) is a bit much to install, but it works well
enough that I manage 100 branches with it.

Yes. It can be frustrating to learn the 'paved path' that we have. And I'll
be the first to admit that 'bushwhacking' a solution is going to be a very,
very hard time. One that I'm afraid I can't help with since it takes a lot
of my time that means I can't help a larger number of others that are on or
near the 'paved path.' I'm sorry.
