In previous version of usb, some card readers tells.OS about card.only if card was in it during startup. You should check if you can see any card in any case. If not at all - maybe bad luck, some bad cardvreaders works.only under windows, with some obscure hacjs.provided by drivers. I have one such card reader :) Regards, Alexander Yerenkow
