These dongles often starts in =E2=80=9Cmass storage mode=E2=80=9D where =
you can find (mostly) Windows drivers on it.
Once you do =E2=80=9Ceject=E2=80=9D on the =E2=80=9Cmass storage =
device=E2=80=9D, the dongle should switch into =E2=80=9CWireless NIC=E2=80=
=9D mode.
