Use "apachectl configtest" first to make sure the config is valid,
then "apachectl start". To make this permanent, add something like:
apache2_enable="YES"
...to /etc/rc.conf.
The -DNOHTTPACCEPT controls or disables the AcceptFilter directive; see:
