If not, you need to upgrade your /dev/MAKEDEV from /usr/src/etc/etc.i386/MAKEDEV (and /dev/MAKEDEV.local from /usr/src/etc/MAKEDEV.local) and run (cd /dev; sh ./MAKEDEV all) to make sure wd0s1[a-h] exist.
