freebsd 4.6-rc of a few weeks ago moz 1.0rc1 Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; FreeBSD i386; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020505 <developer build> i switch between vpns (home, corp, ...) by removing my wireless card, changing wireless config, and reinserting the wireless card. this causes a new dhcp cycle, which gets me an appropriate ip address on the vpn, a new set of dns server(s) for resolv.conf, etc. when i do that, mozilla can no longer resolve names. it is as if it has cached the old dns server ip address (which is no longer reachable). if i exit moz and restart it, all is now normal. clues? randy To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-mozilla" in the body of the message
