You are right. Here's what I did was go to /usr and folowed the step from http://www.marcuscom.com:8080/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/ to modify the /usr/ports. Surpised me, it doesn't delete some old files. I guess, I will have to put it in the different place, like put in ~/ports instead. But, if I want to use portupgrade, so I have to delete in the /usr/ports and put gnome2 ports in there by manual?
