Well, can you write very minimal example when this bug still shown and send it to me? Besides of it here thoughts so far: since checklist/menu mallocs all needed things dynamically, I suspect that some malloc memory corruption can be involved here. Maybe malloc with EXTRA_SANITY will helps too. -- Andrey A.
