Production server is running apache13/php4/mysql4. Have fresh 6.1 install on workbench PC. Workbench PC is being used to build apache13/php5/mysql51 environment for working php web application writing and reading mysql database. Installed mysql51-server then php5 and made sure make config had apache support. When I executed the web application I get Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_pconnect() in /usr/local/www/mls/signup.php on line 348. Is there some other port now required to get php to talk to mysql???
