is 325mgs enough space to put FreeBSD 4.1 on an old 486 & try (through an act of god) making said 486 into a router / packet forwarding box / firewall? i've heard its possible to do this on linux machines....but i know squat about Linux or BSD, very interested in BSD though. most important above! last question. if i'm getting out of the navy in about a year... & i'm interested in computers, is there a place i could find work in an environment similar to (?) BSD headquarters, or learning to program minor stuff for them or something?
