hi, i wrote a driver for the Accelerometers found in Thinkpad (aka Active Protection System, well at least the base for ist). It's also the first driver i wrote. So there may be fundamental errors in it. Works quiet well for me so far (T42). I get still some lockups with a lot of ACPI error messages. If somebody's interested and willing to try, mail me. (I'm still searching web space) I would also know if there's something that i made wrong or if there are better ways to do thinks. Maybe someone can have a look at the code. Please let me know. thanks Maik
