suny tech at utica/rome does, and it's great, however it's only run on the
computer science machines, lately a lot of funding for other departments 
is going towards Windblows NT (not technology) and the main academic
machines all run HP-UX.  but the only machines where you can do anything
or learn is the cs machines that do run FreeBSD.
