We have (1) mirror selection and language selection for
translations of the English pages (currently only Japanese, but
others are in the works). Then we have (2) other non-english
resources thath are neither mirrors, nor translations.

So long as mirrors are only English, and non-English resources
are not mirrored, having one server list works. The introduction
of universally mirrored translations (Japanese) necessitates
making a distinction between mirrored non-English things an
non-mirrored non-English things. It would be impractical to list
English and Japanese versions of every site in the mirror list,
never mind if German, Czech, and Portugese become universally
mirrored in the future.

I advocate mirroring of translations because people travel; I
live in the mid-western United States, but among non-English
speakers from all over the planet.

I have intentions of a home-page link to non-Mirrored,
non-English things but there are a couple aesthetic/usability
issues to be resolved...
