I'm not sure if this is a 'linux emu' problem or not, but the x11amp software (Linux binaries only available right now) requires that the spectrum analyzer be disabled, or else it stutters. I've not tried it under Linux itself, so it may be a problem there as well...just wondering if this is to be expected because of the 'emulation'? Marc G.
