I have tried various combinations in config. Initially it was as follows: ----------------------------- controller fdc0 at isa? port "IO_FD1" bio irq 6 drq 2 vector fdintr disk fd0 at fdc0 drive0 disk fd2 at fdc0 drive1 tape ft0 at fdc0 drive2 ----------------------------------- -- and this didn't work. I have know second floppy disk drive, so I changed it to ----------------------------- controller fdc0 at isa? port "IO_FD1" bio irq 6 drq 2 vector fdintr disk fd0 at fdc0 drive0 tape ft0 at fdc0 drive1 ----------------------------------- -- and also tried ----------------------------- controller fdc0 at isa? port "IO_FD1" bio irq 6 drq 2 vector fdintr tape ft0 at fdc0 drive0 tape ft0 at fdc0 drive1 ----------------------------------- But ft0 is probed in nither configuration. dmesg reports: ------------- fdc0 at 0x3f0-0x3f7 irq 6 drq 2 flags 0x1 on isa fdc0: FIFO enabled, 8 bytes threshold fd0: 1.44MB 3.5in -------------- -- and never mentions 'ft0'...
