I experienced the following problem on a 2.2-STABLE machine as I did a
make world the past 2 days:

install: /usr/share/locale/sl_SI.ISO_8859-2/LC_TIME: No such file of
directory

The fix was simple enough, make the directory
/usr/share/locale/sl_SI.ISO_8859-2, should not part of the installworld be
to setup directories and symlinks though?
