I might take this over if there's a non-X solution, however. I can run it on eot which is doing virutally nothing other than forwarding mail for this mailing list, some CVS updates, and a FreeBSD web mirror. It should be on a reliable net -- it's in the CS department machine room after all. Now if I can figure out my password on it I can install the newest jdk... :-) Got a url for mannouncer, or is it a port?
