On one of our SNAP release machines which runs NAMED it happens while the
machine is under extreme loading (well, 4+ cpu average which is high for
the machine)... the machine is also our email server which can cause the
high loads occassionally.... thinking of upgrading from 4.9.6 to something
newer, maybe that will fix it?
