Also I have used a system at UC Berkeley that is a K6 and it normaly has 100+ users loged in shell (telnet and ssh). And it works wonders. If I remember correctly the 64 limit is in the generic. But if you compile in I think it is called MAXRAMSIZE or something like that. It should be in the LINT. With the ram size in question you should be fine.
