I start up kernel ppp like this: pppd /dev/cuaa2 57600 connect 'chat -f /etc/ppp/dial.chat' user marco but how do I stop it? I've been killing the 'ppp0.pid', but don't feel comfortable doing so. Is there another way to stop it? Or the kill command isn't 'doing any harm'?
