Hi everyone! I've installed mysql-3.21.29g package in my FreeBSD box (2.2.7 RELEASE) and the mysqld runs well. But, when I run the client (i.e. mysql) at the shell prompt, the system gives me an error message like this: ---- Dec 5 18:09:18 pasca1 /kernel: pid 937 (mysqld), uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped) ERROR 2013: Lost connection to MySQL server during query ---- and I can't start MySQL client. :-( What does it mean, and how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Mukti A. To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
