isdn4bsd 0.63 was working without a single problem on my setup. When 0.70
came out I immediately upgraded and when 0.70 was integrated into FreeBSD
I started using the integrated version.

But with 0.70, calls sometimes fail. I have to do "ifconfig isp0 down" and
then "ifconfig isp0 up" to get it working again. When it last failed, I
caught the following messages in my system log:

Has anybody seen this? The switch is Siemens EWSD, I'm using a Teles
S0/16.3 card, which is connected to a Ascom NT+2ab NT. All of this is
running on a AMD5x86 box with a 4.0-CURRENT kernel as of today.

It is hard to reproduce this problem, sometimes it doesn't happen for days
and sometimes it happens twice in a couple of hours.

If I should turn on any other debugging, please tell me. If I don't
receive any response, I'll try to enable as much debugging as I can and
then send-pr it.
