I have an SGI box which has no video-card and is connected via a serial link to a PC running Windows. A simple terminal program is used to access the console. I want to get rid of the WindowsPC and use a FreeBSD box to access the SGI. Is is possible to set it up so that the SGI login screen shows up when I press "Alt+F4", for example, instead of displaying the usual ttyv3 for the FreeBSD box?
