Funny that so many have had good luck with Asus. I've had consistently bad
(read that, reliability) luck with them.

If you're going for slot 1 motherboards, Supermicro has been quite good to
me, specifically the P6DBE, but it's 440BX based and only supports 1
gigabyte of RAM. I haven't looked at or worked with their 810/820/840
based boards (yet) nor have I with their slot 2 solutions.
